Mark Harrigian
Mark is a principal of Paragon. Prior to forming Paragon, Mark served as the Managing Director of Investments overseeing the investment and development programs for Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE:REG). Mark served the past four years managing the company's pacific region which was the largest and most productive region for the Company.

In the eight years prior to being named Managing Director, Mark was consistently named a top producer for Regency and was placed on Regency's Operating Committee as well as the company's National Capital Allocation Committee, responsible for reviewing and approving all transactions throughout the country. Prior to becoming Managing Director, Mark focused on directing Regency's investment activity in Southern California. During his tenure with the company, Mark developed in excess of 4 million square feet of neighborhood, community and entertainment retail projects and oversaw the production of an additional 4 million square feet of projects.

Prior to joining Regency Centers' predecessor, Pacific Retail Trust, Mark was a vice president at Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group, based in Los Angeles, where he was responsible for retail development, project management, leasing and disposition. Prior to Lowe Enterprises, Mark was a real estate attorney at Allen Matkins and at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker, where he represented national retailers, developers, and financial institutions.



Erwin Bucy
Erwin is a principal of Paragon. Prior to joining Paragon, Erwin served as the Senior Vice President and Senior Market Officer at Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE:REG) where he oversaw Regency's ground up and redevelopment platforms for the company's Pacific Region. During his 11 years at Regency, Erwin oversaw the acquisition, entitlement and development of millions of square feet of retail in California.

Erwin was a top producer at Regency and has established a track record for developing and redeveloping high quality assets in high-barrier-to-entry markets with best-in-class anchors such as Target, Whole Foods, CVS, Ralphs,Albertsons, and Trader Joe's. In 2000, Erwin was the recipient of the Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award which recognizes a Regency employee for Outstanding Contribution, Commitment, Teamwork, Professionalism, Integrity and Selfless Leadership. In addition, Erwin chaired several management committees at Regency, was one of the key driver's in designing and implementing Regency's national "green" initiative platform and has extensive knowledge of state and local green building sustainable development initiatives.

Erwin graduated from The University of Southern California in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in real estate finance and received his MBA with an emphasis in financial decisions from Loyola Marymount University.


Jim Dillavou
Jim is a principal of Paragon. Prior to joining Paragon, Jim was the Senior Manager of Investments at Regency Centers Corporation (NYSE:REG) where he managed ground-up development and repositioning of retail community centers and neighborhood centers in Southern California with deal size ranging from $20mm to $50mm. In addition to quarterbacking the entitlement, underwriting, construction and leasing teams, Jim led transaction structuring and anchor tenant leasing.

Prior to Regency, Jim was a real estate and finance attorney with Latham & Watkins LLP where his focus was secured financings as well as acquisition and disposition of office, retail and development property. During his tenure at Latham, Jim played an integral part of the legal team that represented Credit Suisse in its credit facility financings of ultra-elite master planned vacation communities, ski resorts and golf communities around the world. Jim also represented Deutsche Bank in various commercial and residential real estate financings including the acquisition by Technical Olympic (TOUSA) of the homebuilding operations and assets of Transeastern Properties, Inc., the largest private homebuilder acquisition in the history of the homebuilding industry.

Jim is a native of Southern California, graduated from the University of Virginia Law School and is qualified to practice law before the California bar. Jim is an active member of the Urban Land Institute's Small Scale Development Council and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
