Spencer joined Paragon in 2023 as an Investment Manager. His primary focus is supporting all activities related to operations in Northern California, including acquisition, entitlement, leasing, and construction.

 

Prior to Paragon, Spencer spent time at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. At JLL, Spencer worked as a Senior Analyst for the Retail Open Air Property Management team, concentrating on the growth and performance of the portfolio. At Cushman & Wakefield, Spencer served as the sole Financial Analyst for three commercial real estate brokers specializing in the acquisition and disposition of net leased properties nationwide.

 

Spencer began his career at Shelter Bay Retail Group, a property management firm specializing in open air shopping centers. He assisted in all duties relating to the day-to-day management of open air centers and was a part of the sale of Shelter Bay to JLL.

 

Spencer graduated from the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Business with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance, specializing in real estate and investment management.
