Director of Asset Management

Shawna joined Paragon in 2010 and oversees asset management of Paragon’s retail portfolio including transaction management, reporting, budgeting and property management oversight.

Since joining Paragon Shawna has managed over $350M in acquisition, $175M in disposition, and currently oversees the asset management of $325M of west coast multi-tenant retail properties. Prior to joining Paragon, Shawna served as Vice President of Acquisitions & Dispositions at Regency Centers (NYSE:REG) where she handled all aspects of the REIT’s retail acquisitions and dispositions for the western region. During Shawna’s tenure, Regency averaged approximately $125 million in annual transactions and saw its’ greatest growth in the history of the organization which included, most notably, the acquisition of a $400M retail property portfolio that included 33 separate assets.

Shawna is a graduated of Boston College with a BA in Finance.
