Amber joined Paragon in 2012 and oversees corporate strategies of Paragon’s operations and financial management.  Amber’s background as an investment portfolio analyst has facilitated the operating system and acquisition procedures as Paragon has become one of the leading development firms on the West Coast.

Prior to joining Paragon Amber served as Senior Investment Analyst at Regency Centers (NYSE:REG) where she managed national portfolio analysis for a retail development program that started over $1.5 billion in developments between 2007 and 2011 nationwide.  She assisted in the opening of 8 new markets/offices and created a national development reporting platform that streamlined development tracking, budgeting, and forecasting for their development portfolio reporting. Additionally, she assisted the “Greengenuity” initiative to stay in compliance as Regency became a leader in sustainable development.  She also earned the Martin E. Stein, Sr. Award, for her business acumen and ethical standards.

Amber is a graduate of University of Arizona with a BA in Business Communications. She currently serves on the Peninsula Education Foundation board and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Girls Softball League board as the Director of Fundraising. She has supported Shane’s Inspiration organization to create social inclusion for children with disabilities.
