Michael Manuele

Chief Finance Officer

Michael is Paragon’s Chief Financial Officer and plays a key role in financial oversight, tax strategy, and corporate structuring. His work spans tax planning, financial modeling, entity structuring, and strategic support for capital transactions. He is deeply involved in aligning financial and tax strategies to support long-term business goals and is known for his ability to bridge technical expertise with practical execution across all aspects of financial operations.

Prior to joining Paragon Commercial Group, Michael served as Senior Tax Manager at Continental Development Corporation and held senior leadership roles at Squar Milner LLP, SRG LLP, RGA LLP, and Moss Adams LLP. Over the course of his 15+ year career, he has advised real estate operators, developers, and closely held businesses on complex tax and financial matters, including partnership structures, multigenerational estate planning, and transaction execution.

Michael holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Azusa Pacific University. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
