Mo Naraghi
Senior Investment Manager
Mo joined Paragon in 2026 as a Senior Investment Manager, where he is responsible for supporting the full lifecycle of investment operations, including acquisitions, entitlements, leasing, and construction execution.
Prior to joining Paragon, Mo built a strong foundation in retail real estate investments through six years of experience across institutional brokerage, public REITs, and private ownership platforms. He served as an Investment Analyst for Institutional Property Advisors’ West Coast retail team, a Senior Financial Analyst for Regency Centers Corporation, and most recently in Acquisitions and Asset Management at a boutique investment firm overseeing a 2.5 million-square-foot portfolio spanning seven states.
During his tenure at Regency Centers, Mo was responsible for underwriting a broad range of investment activity, including joint ventures, acquisitions, ground-up developments, and redevelopment projects. He later joined Columbus Pacific Properties, where he led underwriting and execution efforts for national retail acquisitions while also expanding his operational expertise through direct asset management oversight of two institutional-quality retail properties exceeding 200,000 square feet each.
A native Houstonian, Mo began his career as a summer analyst with Holliday Fenoglio Fowler in the firm’s Houston office. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin, he relocated to Los Angeles, where he built upon the analytical and financial foundation that continues to shape his investment approach today.
