Todd Huber

Senior Vice President of Investments

Todd joined Paragon in 2018 and leads the team's acquisition efforts throughout Southern California. Through his redevelopment of over 725,000 square feet of retail, Todd has established a track record for entitling, leasing, and developing high-quality assets with best-in-class anchors such as Target, Amazon, Stater Bros. Markets, Sprouts Farmers Market, Aldi, HomeGoods, AutoZone and Ross Dress for Less.

Prior to joining Paragon, Todd spent five years with Student Sports, where he worked alongside sports-oriented retail brand marketing teams at the convergence of physical and digital retail. During Todd’s five years at Student Sports he worked alongside brands such as Nike, Jordan Brand, New Balance and Gatorade and media groups such as ESPN, Facebook, Bleacher Report and CBS Sports to produce and monetize the preeminent events in high school sports.

Todd began his career at The Concord Group, a national real estate development advisory firm. At The Concord Group, Todd led engagements ranging from retail due-diligence to large-scale property portfolio analyses across the United States, Mexico and Europe.

Todd earned his Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) in 2018 from the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy where he received the Dean's Certificate of Merit as the Outstanding Masters' Candidate in the MRED Program. A collegiate football player at the University of California, Berkeley, Todd earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business in 2011. Todd is an active member of ICSC where he sits on the NextGen Committee, is involved in mentorship programs for undergraduate and graduate students in USC's real estate programs, and guest lectures at USC's Price School of Public Policy.
